The delivery is free in the 'Great Temple of Balthazar' (German District 1).
After you have paid for the service, you should tell us your character name via E-Mail or as a payment comment.

To finish the delivery as fast as possible, we recommend you to contact us via one of the following Addresses. Otherwise we will contact you in the given time frame.

Deliverymethod:
We will invite you into a group to teleport you into a explorable area.
There we will drop the items that you can pickup after.

Platin

We will use the directly trade. This will always be done in more steps.
For example: You bought 400 x platin, this trade will follow in 4 steps.
Please remember, you cant have more than 100 Platin in your inventory.
Important is, that you need to give us every step an item of your choice (Please no color bottles)
