Shipping & Returns

• There is no charge for you for shipping.
• We ship exclusively virtual (digital) and no physically products.
• We don't ship boxes, manuals or data carriers (CD/DVD).
• Your ordered products will be send via E-Mail.

Diablo 2:

• The deliver time normally takes around 1-24 hours.
• After your approval and payment, we will create a new Diablo 2 Account (Mule-Account) für you, where we will deposit your ordered virtual items within the given deliver time..
• After this, we will send you an E-Mail with the Account name and the necessary password, where your virtual items are stored.

Activationcodes (CD-Keys):

• After your approval and payment we will send your ordered CD-Keys via E-Mail.
• The deliver time usually takes around 1-12 hours.
• Though we often already ship within few minutes.
